Mikaela Dragt
Mikaela is an RYT-200 yoga teacher with a focus on wellness through life's defining transitions. Since earning her certification through Life Power Yoga in 2021 (Des Moines, IA), she has continued her education - pursuing a degree in Applied Nutrition and Health Science and a Prenatal Yoga Teacher certification, through Blooma (Minneapolis). Her teaching is rooted in meeting students right where they are, and hopes her classes provide a safe space for all people to experience grounded, intentional connection to mind, body, and community, and help them find steadiness within to carry them through life's chaos.
Irene Lindberg
Irene teaches both power and slow flow classes that focus on developing strength, moving with purpose, and staying connected to your breath. Her classes range from steady and grounding to more dynamic, while helping you stay present and connected to your movement. As a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, she is committed to creating a space where people from all backgrounds can feel more at home in their bodies. She teaches the fundamentals of yoga and supports students as they build a practice they can own. Her classes are a place where you can show up as you are and be part of something collective.
Stacey Burr
Stacey is passionate about sharing yoga and sound healing in a way that feels welcoming, accessible, and restorative. As the founder of Ember in Bloom Foundation and a mom to two beautiful daughters, ages 4 and 16, she believes some of life’s most meaningful moments come from slowing down, taking a deep breath, and reconnecting with yourself. Outside the studio, she loves traveling, going to concerts, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. Her hope is that every class leaves you feeling more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.
Tori McLellan
Tori is an authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher rooted in traditional lineage and dedicated study. She trained closely under her teacher, the late Sharath Jois and his mother, Saraswathi Jois in Mysore, India, continuing the Jois family tradition. Her practice began in 2013, with early influences from Dana Baptiste, Seane Corn, and Ana Forrest, and quickly gravitated toward Ashtanga Yoga which she has studied and practiced daily ever since. Her past teachers include Sarah Jane Burkholtz, Sammy Brown, Michael Gannon and more recently, Jorgen Christiansson, Sharathji and Saraswathi Jois. This practice has allowed her to work directly with her nervous system in a constructive and therapeutic way. Mysore-style Ashtanga classes integrate asana, breath, bandha, and drishti to cultivate a focused, evolving inner practice in a non-dogmatic way that is tailored to each individual. Beyond asana, her work extends into the philosophical and traditional dimensions of yoga. She has studied the Yoga Sutras in depth with Dr. M. A. Jayashree and engaged in chanting and Vedic philosophy with Dr. Vigneshwar Bhat.
Ashley Saaranen
Ashley is a former 2nd grade teacher who lives on a small hobby farm with her four kids and husband of almost 15 years. Yoga has been a part of her life for 10 years and helped support her as she recovered from a breast cancer diagnosis in 2018. She became a registered yoga teacher in 2024 and has been teaching ever since!
Melissa Miller
Melissa is a Pilates instructor at Lifted and her approach to Pilates is rooted in helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and more at ease in their bodies (while jamming to 80’s music!). Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, Melissa's goal is to create thoughtful, intentional sessions that meet you where you are and support your individual needs—so you can move better, feel better, and live better. When Melissa is outside of the studio you’ll find her as a dental hygienist or chaperoning peoples dogs to weddings. She also has two golden retrievers and a husband that keeps her hands full!
Kristi Broom
Kristi has been teaching yoga since 2020, focusing on the mind body connection and healing benefits from yoga. She specializes in both gentle and active vinyasa practices, and also carries a restorative yoga certification. Outside of yoga, Kristi is an entrepreneur and business owner after spending many years in corporations helping people learn and grow.
